PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid droplet discharging head and a liquid droplet discharging device which can suppress a characteristic change of an actuator to be small even when a positional deviation is brought about between a pressure generation chamber and a deformation element. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator 154 comprises a vibrating plate 124 which constitutes one face of the pressure generation chamber 142, and a piezoelectric element 144 set corresponding to the pressure generation chamber 142. A deflection stiffness ratio r=Dv/Dp of a deflection stiffness Dp of the piezoelectric element 144 and a deflection stiffness Dv of the vibrating plate 124 is set to be 0.2 or larger.
