PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting metal fitting for a fire refractory material facilitating a work for putting a fire refractory material into a through hole without deteriorating the strength of partition parts. SOLUTION: A supporting metal fitting 11 for a fire refractory material is chiefly constituted of a metal fitting body 13 fitted to a slab S and a fire refractory support T formed in the metal fitting body 13 to support the fire refractory material 12. By pinching the slab S through a bolt B screwed in the upper collar 13a of the metal fitting body 13, a collar forming piece 15b of a collar forming member 15 and the lower collar 13c attached to the part of the metal fitting body 13, the metal fitting body 13 provided with the refractory support T is attached to the slab S. Further, the fire refractory material 12 is supported on the refractory support T. By holding the fire refractory material 12 with the refractory support T and a refractory material holding member 16, the refractory material 12 can be put in a through hole K.
