IMAGE GENERATING APPARATUS AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generating apparatus and method in which an image in a large-scaled environment can be easily acquired almost without distortion when generating an image.

SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 wherein video cameras 2-1 to 2-6 are disposed at mutually different angles to the direction of the arrow (a) along with a straight line parallel to the direction of the arrow (a) to include all areas to photograph, is moved forward in the direction of the arrow (a). Images of the same spot photographed by the video cameras 2-1 to 2-6 are integrated by a computer to form one image.
