PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluorine-containing copolymer excellent in chemical resistance, optical transparency, flex resistance and strengths at high-temperatures. SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing copolymer comprises a component unit derived from tetrafluoroethylene (a) and a component unit derived from an allyl ether-based fluorine-containing compound (b) represented by the formula [I]: CF<SB>2</SB>=CFCF<SB>2</SB>O-Rf (wherein Rf denotes a 1-8C fluoroalkyl group which may contain an ethereal oxygen atom), wherein the copolymer has a heat of fusion of crystals of 15 J/g or less. Fluorine-containing processed goods are prepared by molding the copolymer. The component unit (a) is preferably 70.0-98.0 mol%, and the component unit (b) is preferably 2.0-30.0 mol%.
