The internal combustion motor, and especially for motor cycles, has openings (26a,26b) in the cylinder head (4,6) for working or the production of the camshaft bearings (24a,24b). They are shrouded by separate inserted shaped bodies (28,28') after use. The shaped bodies have sealing units which grip into the openings, shrouded by a sealing mantle.
