PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide transfer facility for a sheet-like material capable of shortening cycle time and conveying it at high speed. SOLUTION: This transfer facility is composed of a vertical conveyance device 4 arranged at a loading position I to elevate, lower, and move a first suction device 13 capable of holding a sheet S between a transfer position U and a suction position D and a horizontal conveyance device 5 for reciprocating a second suction device 37 capable of holding the sheet S between the arrive position I and an unloading position O to transfer the sheet S between the first suction device 13 and a second suction device 43.
