PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount and lock a stator coil assembly with sufficient mounting strength without increasing the number of parts and man-hours for assembly. SOLUTION: A projected part 39 is integrally formed on the outer peripheral part of a disk-like cover member 11 in which the valve port of a motor driven valve controlled by a stepping motor is formed.
