<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business card creation management system that can realize reliable business card exchange by defining an interrelation between a person in charge and a customer. <P>SOLUTION: Attribute information of the person in charge including face photograph data about persons in charge and customer attribute information including face photograph data about customers are centrally managed in a database 12 in a customer management server 2. Customer attribute information including a face photograph is acquired by a person in charge at the first contact with a customer by means of a digital camera 21 and a keyboard 22 on a portable terminal 4a, and the information is immediately transferred to the customer management server 2, so that business card forgery and manipulation by a third or external person is prevented.
