PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make surely connectable a flexible wiring board to an overhanging part of a transparent substrate in a liquid crystal display panel and to decrease the size of the overhanging part. SOLUTION: The fixing position of the flexible wiring board in the overhanging part, mounted with a driver IC, of the one transparent substrate is made to be a region having no driver IC mounted between the side line of the other transparent substrate and the side line of the overhanging part.
