摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an adverse effect of a triple effect type absorption chiller on external heat source equipment such as a gas engine by installing an waste heat regenerator. SOLUTION: In this chiller, the waste heat regenerator 168 for increasing the concentration of absorbent by collecting waste heat from the outside and utilizing as a heat source to heat the absorbent so as to heating and evaporating the refrigerant absorbed in the adsorbent is installed at the front of a low temperature regenerator 84. The ratio of a heating heat amount for raising the concentration of the absorbent by heating the absorbent by the low temperature regenerator 84 is reduced by increasing or decreasing the waste heat amount collected from the outside to reduce the heat-exchanged amount of the low temperature regenerator 84. The absorbent generated by a high temperature regenerator 10 and an intermediate temperature regenerator 87 is formed so as not to affect a performance even if the the absorbent is heated/concentrated to reduce the produced amount of refrigerant vapor which becomes the heating source of the low temperature regenerator 84.
