PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition for a powder coating capable of obtaining a coating film excellent in impact resistance and processability at a low temperature. SOLUTION: This polyester resin composition for a powder coating has as its main acid component terephthalic acid and as its main alcohol component an aliphatic glycol, and it comprises a mixed polyester of 95-85 mass% polyester resin (A) having a limiting viscosity number of 0.10-0.30 dl/g, and an acid value of 25-70 mgKOH/g and 5-15 mass% polyester resin (B) having a number average molecular weight of 15,000 and a glass transition temperature of -5 to 15°C, and an epoxy resin type curing agent (C). The compounding quantity of the epoxy resin type curing agent (C) is such that the ratio of the epoxy group in the epoxy resin type curing agent to the acid group in the polyester resin (A) is 0.8-1.2 times the equivalent.
