<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional cellular phone capable of downloading and using route guidance information toward a destination such that the information is rent/received only in one direction and opinions of users are hardly reflected. <P>SOLUTION: This information distributor can acquire information from the users via a mobile terminal device, synthesize the acquired information and already held information, and distribute the information to other users. Thereby, useful information owned by a user can be shared by other users. The mobile terminal device of the user can process the information from the information distributor with adding comments and return the processed information to the information distributor.
