PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated material with superior flavor property, and suppress the chip or peeling of a film formed at the outer surface side in the laminated material when it is formed into a can lid. SOLUTION: When the laminated material is formed into the can lid, the laminated material comprises the film 30 formed at the outer surface side and having a base layer 31 of non-orientation crystal structure, and a film 20 formed at the inner surface side and having an orientation crystal structure. The crystallized ratio of the film 30 is set to 10-60% and the plane orientation factor of it is to 0.05 or less, while the crystallized ratio of the film 20 is set to 40-60% and the plane orientation factor to 0.14 or more. Both films 30, 20, formed at the outer surface side and inner surface side, respectively, have identical composition but are different from each other only in the crystal structure.
