ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PHOTORECEPTOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which has sufficiently high durability against scratch or friction and release property for toner and which can keep high electrophotographic characteristics and cleaning characteristics for a long time, and to provide a method for manufacturing the photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an electrophotographic photoreceptor includes processes of: preparing an objective body to be the electrophotographic photoreceptor on which a layer containing a fluorocarbon resin is formed on the surface; preparing a coating liquid by adding the structural component of the layer containing a fluorocarbon resin to a solvent at 0 to 50°C; and forming a layer containing a fluorocarbon resin by applying the coating liquid on the objective body to form the layer containing the fluorocarbon resin to obtain the electrophotographic photoreceptor.
