<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system of a vehicular internal combustion engine for restraining a shock by reduction in a vehicle speed when cranking the internal combustion engine by transmitting kinetic energy of a vehicle to the internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: This control system of the vehicular internal combustion engine can execute starting control for restraining reduction in an engine speed of the internal combustion engine by transmitting the kinetic energy of the vehicle to the internal combustion engine when the engine speed of the internal combustion engine is not more than a prescribed engine speed, and has a rotary device control means (Step S1, Step S4, Step S5 and Step S6) for restraining reduction in the vehicle speed by controlling output of a rotary device connected to a wheel when transmitting power of a power transmission system to the internal combustion engine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
