PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain discharge device of a flexible membrane-made expansion weir eliminating the monitoring of a stagnant condition of a drain. SOLUTION: A drain discharge pipe 8 discharging a stagnant drain to the outside by air pressure in a bag body 1 is provided to an air-tight drain tank 5 to which a drain pipe 6 is led, and an opening and closing valve 12 provided to the drain discharge pipe 8 can be automatically opened by a rotatable lever 11 mounted to the upper surface thereof by rising of a float 10 floated on the drain tank 5 to make a person monitor a stagnant condition of the drain to eliminate labor for opening the opening and closing valve 12 of the drain discharge pipe 8.
