PURPOSE: A kimchi refrigerator comprising a mode selection part, a cumulative operation time calculating part, a display part, an input part, a set value calculating part, an input value storing part and a control part for controlling all the parts is provided. It compensates for the temperature deviation by the characteristic of a residential area according to a user and sets operation conditions capable of maintaining the taste of kimchi suitable for the user's liking. CONSTITUTION: The kimchi refrigerator contains: a mode selection part(61) for selecting any one of a maturing mode and a cooling storage mode; a cumulative operation time calculating part(74) for calculating a cumulative operating time due to a selected mode by the mode selection part; a display part(65) for displaying the content of the question about the state of kimchi to the exterior of the body after the storage of the kimchi in a storage chamber and then the operation due to the selected mode; an input part(63) for inputting the answer to the question; a set value calculating part(72) for calculating a set value on the basis of the value input by the input part; an input value storing part(76) for storing the calculated value; a control part(71) for controlling all the parts and the temperature of a cooler.
