PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the vibration of a bit by providing a thin wall hole shape portion on a ball side of a drive shaft member, by which thin wall hole shape portion the unbalance of centrifugal force during no-load running does not occur and the vibration does not transfer to an output shaft member, to reduce the vibration of the bit by providing a plurality of thin wall hole shape portions on the ball side of the drive shaft member so as to be equally arranged on right and left sides, by which thin wall hole shape portions the unbalance of centrifugal force during no-load running does not occur and the vibration does not transfer to the output shaft member, and to reduce vibration of the bit by arranging another member in a radial through-hole located on the opposite side of the ball of the drive shaft member, by which another member the unbalance of centrifugal force during no-load running does not occur and the vibration does not transfer to the output shaft member. SOLUTION: The drive shaft member 4 is provided with a thin wall form portion for canceling the unbalance of the centrifugal force generated in its rotation.
