PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel feeding device for a V-shaped engine, for allowing easy mounting work thereof by improving the workability in mounting fuel pipes. SOLUTION: Front and rear banks 110A, 110B are arranged in a V-shape so that fuel is supplied from a fuel pump 144 to injectors 143A, 143B in a V-bank space K. A fuel chamber 91 is provided between the fuel pump 144 and the injectors 143A, 143B and arranged in the V-bank space K lengthwise in the vertical direction. A lower end portion 91B of the fuel chamber 91 is arranged facing laterally the injectors 143A, 143B and connected to the injectors 143A, 143B via the fuel pipes 92, 93 branching from the lower end portion 91B and extending in the approximately horizontal direction, and a front-side mounting portion 97 of the fuel chamber 91 is protruded beyond a rear-side mounting portion 98 so that its pipe mounting face 97B is offset.
