A portable holder for a bottle of nail polish, has an upwardly extending weighted sack around the walls which contains small weighted beads. This is wrapped around a rigid, flat based, preferably cylindrical cup with a resilient piece of foam material inside the cylindrical cup The center of the foam piece is cut in a circle, small enough in size, but can accommodate any nail polish bottle shape (i.e., elongated square, square, round in cross section). The holder is covered with ornamental fabric to attract target audience age groups of 10-50 year old females.
