PURPOSE: An indoor ventilating system for a vehicle is provided to automatically ventilate a vehicle by moving the external air into the vehicle if a pollution level of the external air is lower than a pollution level of the internal air. CONSTITUTION: An external air detecting sensor(100) detects a pollution level of the external air moved into a vehicle. An internal air detecting sensor(200) detects a pollution level of the indoor air of the vehicle. An air conditioning control part includes a pollution judging unit(310), a comparator(320) comparing the pollution levels detected by the external air detecting sensor and the internal air detecting sensor, and a converting part(330) executing air conditioning for the vehicle according to the result of the comparison.
