PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer mirror device for a vehicle with reduced number of wires introduced in a mirror visor from a vehicle body side. SOLUTION: In the outer mirror device for the vehicle 10, an electric storage unit 18, a mirror angle adjusting unit 20, a mirror angle detecting sensor 22, a foot lamp device 24, a heater 26, and an ECU 28 of a control device are respectively arranged as inside mechanisms in a door mirror visor 14 forming a space between the door mirror visor and the mirror by coating a back side of the mirror 12. A wire harness 110 introduced in the door mirror visor 14 is wired only by two power wires and three signal wires which are connected to the ECU 28. As a result, the number of the wires can be reduced, as compared with a constitution of arranging the ECU 28 outside the door mirror visor 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
