<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee beverage making apparatus which can generate highly fine foams of a high quality while obtaining the dense and enriched taste and flavor. <P>SOLUTION: The hot water from a hot water tank 1 is fed to a coffee extractor 11 through a needle valve 10 by a gear pump 4 while the ground coffee beans crushed to a specified gain size are supplied to the coffee extractor 11 and the coffee liquid is extracted. The piping 17 on the extraction side of the coffee extractor 11 is provided with an extraction electromagnetic valve 15 and a needle valve 16 as an adjusting mechanism. With the adjusting mechanism and the needle valve 10, the pressure at the extraction part of the coffee extractor is adjusted to exceed 0.30 MPa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
