<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of persons engaged in intellectual property management business and to improve the efficiency of the intellectual property management business. <P>SOLUTION: The intellectual property information management system 1 is provided with: an intellectual property information management device 10 for performing unitary management of intellectual property information, user terminals 2i (i = a, b,..., n); and a computer network (intranet) 4 for connecting the intellectual property information management device 10 to the user terminals 2i. The system performs period management and file wrapper management of intellectual property owned by the system 1 itself and treats circulation/investigation/approval concerned with the intellectual property business of an invention section and an intellectual property section as a work flow. The management device 10 is provided with a period management server 11, a file wrapper management server 13 and a work flow management server 12, and stores information managed by respective servers 11 to 13 in a period management DB 14, a file wrapper management DB 16 and a work flow management DB 15, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
