摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts in electronic equipment used for a servo control. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment 10 comprises a carriage 20 with an image sensor 22 (sensor) mounted thereon, a motor 32 (driving device) for driving the carriage 20, printed matters 16, 18 which are arranged in the detection area of the image sensor 22 and in which servo control information for detecting an initial position is printed, and a servo controller for performing servo control on the basis of the servo control information. A printed matter is arranged on the back surface side of frame 15 or an original placing plate 14. A plurality of printed matters (bar codes) for speed control differing in the print pattern is arranged. The printed matters are arranged in a lighting area of light from a light source for the image sensor.
