PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently change the inclination of a frequency characteristic of phase shift quantity of a wideband high frequency signal. SOLUTION: An impedance adjustment circuit 114 connected to a transmission line 108 is provided with a PIN diode 118 and a series resonator 124 parallel between both its ends, and an impedance adjustment circuit 116 connected to a transmission line 110 is provided with a PIN diode 128 and a series resonator 134 parallel between both its ends. Since the inclination of impedance frequency characteristic between both ends of the impedance adjustment circuits 114 and 116 can be changed by changing current caused to flow to the PIN diodes 118 and 128, the inclination of the frequency characteristic of phase shift quantity of a wideband high frequency signal between an input terminal 102 and an output terminal 104 can be sufficiently changed.
