PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duplex heat exchanger capable of lowering the displacements of side plates when a vibrating load is applied thereto. SOLUTION: This duplex heat exchanger is disposed so that the longitudinal directions of the first side plate 113 and the second side plate 213 are aligned with each other and that a first core part 110 and a second core part 210 are positioned in series to the flow direction of external air. The first side plate 113 is connected to the second side plate 213 through a bracket 300 having a mounting part 320 installed on a specified mating portion. The bracket 300 is fixed to at least one of both side plates 113 and 213, and an extension part 330 extending from the bracket 300 to both tanks 120 and 220 is engaged with a first support part 121a and a second support part 221a supported on both tanks 120 and 220.
