PURPOSE: A screen clogging prevention apparatus with a burner for screening a construction waste is provided is provided to avoid the clogging of a through hole even if the apparatus is operated for a long time for treating construction wastes and requires no particular cleaning work by manpower. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus in which parts of construction wastes put thereinto fall down through a screen rotating at a predetermined velocity and the others are discharged, comprises: a reciprocating unit(73) arranged in the lateral part of a cylindrical screen(10) and capable of reciprocating within a predetermined distance; and a burner(70) mounted on the reciprocating unit(73) and atomizing flames toward the cylindrical screen(10).
