PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further suppress effects imparted to peripheral precision equipment or the like by notification information to control functions of a portable telephone 5 in a mobile radio communication system in which a base station 1 forms a radio zone 3 capable of making communications by mobile radio waves of the portable telephone 5 (a mobile station). SOLUTION: An information transmission station 6 to transmit the notification information and a radio LAN access point 2 are provided.
