<p>PURPOSE: To provide a hydraulic compressor with a compression meter capable of simply constituting without applying machining to the hydraulic cylinder, that is, without adverse effect on strength. CONSTITUTION: Relative position between a die gate 8 and a fixed die 7 is set so that a specified small gap is formed in a non-compressed state between the die gate 8 and the fixed die 7. A recess 12 is formed on the contact surface 11 side of the die gate 8 with the fixed die 7. A touch plate 13 is formed so as to be capable of rising in the recess 12 by protruding downward the lower part from the contact surface 11, and the touch plate 13 is energized downward with a spring 14. A limit switch 22 which operates when the touch plate 13 rises is formed in the upper part of the touch plate 13 within the recess 12. A counter 21 which adds up the number of operation frequencies of the limit switch as the number of compression operation frequencies and displays is set in the die gate 8. By adding up the number of compression operation frequencies and displaying, fatigue failure is prevented.</p> |
