SUBSTANCE: method involves excavating open cast; placing reinforcing members under foundation bottom by depression thereof with the use of depression means in predetermined horizontal direction with simultaneous forming protective soil layer between foundation bottom and top surfaces of reinforcing members. Protective layer thickness is estimated from given relation.
