PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded article having a protective film excellent in abrasion resistance, transparency and the adhesion to a plastic base. SOLUTION: The resin molded article has a film of a two-layer structure on the surface of the plastic base. In this article, a first layer film is made the layer on the plastic base and it is made to be a copolymer layer of a multifunctional (meth)acrylate composition which contains as a binder component the co-condensation material of a hydrolysate of an organoalkoxysilane shown by formula (1): R<SP>1</SP>Si(OR<SP>2</SP>)<SB>3</SB>[R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-10C organic group (except a phenyl) and R<SP>2</SP>a 1-5C alkyl or a 1-4C acyl], a hydrolysate of a phenylalkoxysilane shown by formula (2): PhSi(OR<SP>3</SP>)<SB>3</SB>[Ph is phenyl which may have a substituent and R<SP>3</SP>is the same as R<SP>2</SP>] and a hydrolysate of a silane coupling agent. A second layer film is made the layer on the first layer and it is made to be a silicon abrasion-resistant layer formed by curing a composition of which the main constituent is a hydrolysate or a condensate of the organoalkoxysilane.
