PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manhole inclined wall pipe capable of firmly mounting and fixing a plurality of kinds of cover holding frames having different dimensions of an outside diameter used for the existing manhole or different positions of a bolt hole section. SOLUTION: The structure of the a manhole inclined wall pipe 1 is so constituted that the upper surface 2a of an upper edge 2 is widely formed, a plurality of insert anchors 7 are radially embedded in the upper surface from the inside to the outside, a cut-off gutter 8 is made along a lower edge inside the lower part and, at the same time, that a cut section 10 is provided on a predetermined part of the outer circumferential wall on the lower part.
