<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send a customer's own car together with the customer to a destination by driving the customer's own car for the customer. <P>SOLUTION: When the customer requests crew dispatch service to a dispatch center, the dispatch center instructs the dispatch of a taxi crew waiting near the customer to the customer's place by using a GPS. The dispatched crew parks the business car in a parking lot and transports the customer and the customer's own car to the destination. At the time, the policies of bodily liability insurance, property damage liability insurance and fellow passenger insurance are taken out for crew's drive. The crew finishing the transport of the customer and the customer's own car requests a radio shack for the dispatch of a taxi to return to the parking lot. An operator in the radio shack allocates a taxi near the crew by using the GPS. The dispatched crew returns to the parking lot by the allocated taxi.
