摘要 |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen ion resonance scattered light image pickup apparatus provided with sufficient durability, removing noise in a high sensitivity ratio and accurately observing. SOLUTION: The apparatus picks up an oxygen ion resonance scattered light in the magnetosphere by using a reflection optical system having one mirror mounted on a flight element. A molybdenum layer is provided on at least a surface of the reflection mirror. A detector disposed at a focus of the mirror is provided with a filter comprising an indium thin film. The detector comprising a superconductive tunnel junction element may be used. The apparatuses may be mounted on a plurality of satellites and three-dimensionally pick up an image of the magnetosphere in different directions. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
