PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a twine or a net delivered from a delivering structure to be delivered to the periphery surface of a roll baler in a forming chamber by a conveyor while preventing a material to be formed in a hopper from being delivered into the forming chamber by being dropped from a clearance of an agitator in the roll baler. SOLUTION: The roll baler has the hopper 2 and the conveyor 3 for conveying the material to be formed discharged from a lower part of a discharging opening 20 at the bottom face of the hopper 2 to a receiving opening 40 of the forming chamber 4. The conveyor 3 is divided to a hopper-side conveyor 3a installed in a space from the lower part of the discharging opening 20 to this side position at the lower part of the delivering structure 5, and a forming chamber-side conveyor 3b installed in a space from the lower part of the delivering structure 5 to the receiving opening 40 of the forming chamber 4.
