PURPOSE: A winding bobbin is provided to improve the intensity of a flange portion formed at a bobbin body, and to prevent the transformation of a hollow body. CONSTITUTION: A winding bobbin(1) includes a bobbin body(2) having a hollow body(5) and flanges(6,6') formed at both ends of the hollow body. A pipe portion(7) is disposed at the middle part of the hollow body. A plurality of arms(8) are radially connected to the hollow body and the pipe portion. A pair of cover members(3,3') are integrally attached to the bobbin body, and include a cover(21,21') and pipe portions(22,22') formed at the center of the cover.
