PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate-based resin composition excellent in transparency, flowability and thermal stability. SOLUTION: This polycarbonate resin composition containing (A) 100 pts. wt. polycarbonate resin, (B) 0.001-20 pts. wt. siloxane compound and (C) 0.001-1 pt. wt. molding process stabilizer is characterized with that the siloxane compound of the component (B) is a polyorganosiloxane constituted by bonding at least (1) an aromatic hydrocarbon group, (2) an aliphatic or aromatic organic group having at least one carboxylic acid ester bond and/or ether bond and (3) a phosphorus atom-containing group with a silicon atom in its structure.
