PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evenly distribute intake air to left and right bank of a V-type internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: In a intake device for the V-type internal combustion engine provided with an air duct 4 including a bend part 12 where a center shaft is bent at a designated bend angle, a branch part 13 positioning in an intake downstream side of the bend part 12 and dividing an intake passage in the air duct 4 into two, a first resonance pipe part 14 connected to the branch part 13 at one end 14a, and a second resonance pipe part 15 connected to the branch part 13 at one end 15a, the first resonance pipe part 14 and the second resonance pipe part 14 are branched out from the branch part 13 to form an opening of one end 14a and opening of one end 15a in roughly same size and roughly same shape and to keep intake flow speed distribution at the opening of the one end 14a and intake flow speed distribution at the opening of the one end 15a roughly equal.
