PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head with improved cooling performance by uniformly guiding the flow of cooling water in each combustion chamber of the cylinder head and uniformly cooling among exhaust ports of each combustion chamber. SOLUTION: The present invention for achieving the purpose comprises a cooling water flow passage formed between a cooling water inlet and a cooling water outlet for the flow of cooling water in the cylinder head, and coolant outlets; a flow adjusting part for smoothly guiding the flow of cooling water among the exhaust ports provided in each combustion chamber in the cooling water flow passage and a flow distributing part for uniformly guiding the flow of cooling water among the exhaust ports provided in each combustion chamber in the cooling water flow passage.
