PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a worker for pin adjustment appropriately while considering the level of difficulty of the pin adjustment work by accurately grasping the degree of skill of the worker for pin adjustment. SOLUTION: A management device 8 provides a game stand display unit 7 with pin adjustment instruction data including target values for adjustment on two obstacle pins 4 on a game board surface 2 of a pachinko game machine 1. A measuring device 9 provides the game stand display unit 7 with the measured back slope dimension (between pins) of the two obstacle pins 4. The game stand display unit 7 identify a worker who performed the pin adjustment work based on an employee ID card 9a inserted into a card slot before the start of the pin adjustment work. The management device 8 prepares and stores document data in which the target value of adjustment, the value measured by the measuring device 9 and the ID information indicating the identified worker having performed the pin adjustment work are interrelated.
