PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a rotor of a motor-integrated hydraulic power generating device and a rotor thereof are provided to simplify the assembling work and the maintenance, and simplify the boring of a cylinder bush. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing a rotor of a motor-integrated hydraulic power generating device, silicon steel plates having a plurality of cylinder bush inserting holes(31) and coupling holes(32) are put into moulds in such a manner that the axial lines of the insertion holes and the coupling holes are in parallel when the silicon steel plates are stacked. The silicon steel plates are pressed to be fixed in the moulds and molten aluminum is injected into the coupling holes. Respective cylinder bushes(40) are inserted and fixed into the insertion holes.
