PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress and prevent the peeling of anodized alumina films from the faces of a metallic sheet even if heating treatment is performed at a high temperature. SOLUTION: The surfaces of a metallic sheet having heat resistance and capable of energizing is stacked with aluminum layers, and the aluminum layers are subjected to anodizing treatment so as to be aluminum films, and particularly many fine cracks are formed almost on the whole face of each alumina film, so that the metallic substrate having the heat resistant porous alumina films is obtained.
