PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring holder which performs the measuring of a high-frequency characteristic of a high-frequency component, by putting the component on a measuring stage with a conductive sheet between, excludes a bad influence on measured values by a shift of the conductive sheet, and obtains high-frequency characteristic values of high measuring precision. SOLUTION: The measuring holder 100 individually has a high-frequency component positioning part 4 for positioning the high-frequency component 5, and a conductive sheet positioning part 3 for positioning the conductive sheet 2. By fixing those positioning parts 4 and 3 to the measuring stage 1 with positioning pins 6, the relative positions in an inward direction of the conductive sheet 2 with respect to the high-frequency component 5 and the measuring stage 1 are fixed, and variations of measured values of the characteristic are reduced.
