PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus comprising a display means capable of displaying the information about the party at the other end, which information being associated with the data to be transmitted, wherein the information to be hidden to a third party can be hidden on the screen where a user can check job conditions. SOLUTION: The communication apparatus comprises the display means capable of displaying the information about the party at the other end, and the information is associated with the data to be transmitted; and a control means for controlling the contents of the information about the party at the other end to be displayed by the display means so that the contents are limited in accordance with the established mode.
