DATA TRANSMITTING/RECEIVING APPARATUS AND METHOD IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A data transmitting/receiving apparatus and method in a mobile communication system are provided to enhance a data transmission rate by enabling other mobile terminals having a Bluetooth chip to participate in data transmission and reception and reduce an error generation rate. CONSTITUTION: A server(404) allocates 20 partial data to be transmitted to mobile terminals(402) included in a participating group and as many as data to main mobile terminals(400) in turn. Also, the server(404) can allocate 20 partial data to be transmitted to mobile terminals(402) included in a participating group and as many as data to main mobile terminals(400) in random order. The mobile terminals(402) included in the participating group receive data from the server(404) according to a general data transmission method and transmit it to the main mobile terminal(400) by using a Bluetooth. The main mobile terminal(400) receives data from the server(404) according to the general data transmission method and receives data from the mobile terminals(402) included in the participating terminal group by using the Bluetooth.
