PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correspond by equipment such as a small-sized extrusion molding machine corresponding to a split holder and a split cover, and to facilitate even construction and installation, transport and carrying. SOLUTION: Cover materials 4 covering the openings of opposed buildings 2, 3 at an interval are installed to a holder 5 mounted on one building 2 and 3 at intervals. In an expansion joint in which the cover materials 4 can be inclined by an urging means, a plurality of the split holders 5a and 5b are abutted and continued in the cross direction of the openings in the holder 5, and each split holder 5a and 5b is fixed onto a cover.
