PURPOSE: A door hinge for a vehicle is provided to perform rotational and translational motions at the same time by sliding doors in opening the doors of the vehicle, accordingly to keep a gap between a fender panel and the door constant, and to function as a door checker. CONSTITUTION: A door hinge for a vehicle is composed of a body side hinge(31) fixed to a pillar panel of a body; a door side hinge(32) mounted to a door; a hinge pin(33) for connecting the body side hinge and the door side hinge to mutually move; a sliding slot(31a) formed to the body side hinge to slide the hinge pin for connecting the door side hinge and the door side hinge at a predetermined curvature; a hinge spring(34) of which one side is fixed to the hinge pin to pull the hinge pin in closing the door and stretch the hinge pin in opening the door while the hinge pin slides in the sliding slot; a hinge spring fixing support(35) fixed in fixing the body side hinge to the pillar panel by a combining member to fix other side of the hinge spring; and a wave-shape sliding sill(31b) formed at the upside of the body side hinge at which a front supporting part of the door side hinge slides in opening and closing the door.
