摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode substrate for a fuel cell and its manufacturing method wherein substrate strength is large and diffusion of gas is superior. <P>SOLUTION: YSZ particles 11 and NiO particles 12a are wet-blended as substrate materials in ethanol. Furthermore, after PMMA particles 15 are added to the mixture 10a as a pore making material, a molded body 10b is formed by carrying out centrifugal molding. Afterwards, after a porous NiO/YSZ sintered body 10c is formed by calcining the molded body 10b, the electrode substrate for the fuel cell 10 is formed by reducing the NiO particles 12a in hydrogen atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
