PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor which can realize a low cost in a small size and a high efficiency without scattering a magnet in a high speed range. SOLUTION: A magnet internally mounting type rotor 11 includes a rotor core 12, the magnet 13, and a rotary shaft 14. The magnet 13 of a rectangular parallelepiped shape is mounted in each hole 12c formed by annularly connecting 10 rotor cores 12 in such a manner that poles are alternatively arranged, and the cores 12 and the magnet 13 are adhesively integrated on the basis of the shaft 14.
